- 9 cups of Rice Chex
- 1 cup of Hershey's Cinnamon Chips
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
- In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
My picture doesn't do them justice! Did they turn out slightly orange? I don't want to talk about it. I was lazy and didn't follow the wax paper steps, but these are amazing and taste like Horchata! Very addicting! And now to pin this blog post on Pinterest in the hopes that it will turn out famous. Wish me luck! -L

So, a few weeks ago I went to my ward talent show, and someone had made Cinnamon Muddy Buddies. They were so good that I had to find out how to make them. I did the requisite Googling, and found a blog with the recipe. I started reading and thought, "hey...my ward talent show had four guys Doubtfiring...and Cinnamon Muddy Buddies!" Then I looked at the post date and thought, "hey, my ward talent show was on November 9!"
So, short story long, I accidentally stumbled across the blog of someone in my ward, and even better, it's someone who appreciates Liz Lemon! Thanks for the recipe!
